For the past couple of months now, the 4Mb/s Lin that I have has been inconsistenly slow. What do I mean by that? Well on any given day, this line is running at a download speed (from [URL Removed] of app. 0.8 mb/s... where it should be 4!!!
However, on the odd occasion that I manage o get hold of anyone remotely high up enough in Telkom, or receive a call from technician, it appears to be working...
Riiiight up until the weekend or after hours etc when it then goes right back down to 0.8 or so.
It does not help that when they call it appears to be fine but the root of the problem is not resolved. I cannot continue paying for such inconsistent service, nor can I continue supporting such a lack of interest from their side.
Telkom...
