Rebecca assisted me today with getting a data simcard set up for my iPad.
She was extremely helpful, explained everything well and went the extra mile by checking up with me later in the day (off her own accord) to see that i had managed to load the data on my card successfully. She really impressed me a great deal, and her great attitude and big smile was such a noticeable thing. She really is super.
