Very bad Service

Been to store because my galaxy tablet screen cracked. At store i asked if they can please check if i have insurance. Just sitting and looking at me saying - Call your head office. The manager "polla" was present and just not helpful. She said " you people must not take 2 year contract, your phone's break and then you have problems". after asking to check on computer, they said "yes", still just looking at me. i asked how will i make with my sim card, they say we have no loan phoan for you, don't know when we will have. i said my sim card cannot fit in another phone. They just walked away saying- ' we said we have no loan phone for you". Polla (Manager) just walk away to the back ignoring me from there. While i then talk to another worker there i ask what is my options, she answered a personal call making conversation not attending to me while i sit at her desk. I got up and said " ok, i will call head office". I called head office and they said they will get back to me 3 days ago, I never received a call back till today. I have insurance on my phone but cannot fix it because there is no option for me. I am so disappointed in Cell C and the shop. VERY BAD
