I had a contract with auto page number 0836535152. I gave notice and canceled the contract in 12/2012. I received confirmation sms to confirm cancellation. Still I had to phone in January 2013 to again request cancellation. Contract stoped and was now only used on number as pay as you go. Still amounts was deducted from bank account for subscription for January February and now beginning of march. Upon enquiry consultant confirm its incorrect and that credit for 2 months will be in account with 24 to 48 hours. That was more than a week ago. Now I receive sms about cancellation fees and reconnection fees. I am fed up with them never knowing what's going on, taking my money and not wanting to give my credits back. They never know Whats going on when you phone and keep on transferring to next and next person. I struggle since august last year to sort this out! Worst customer service ever!
