Bad Service from store level to Headoffice Level

I went to see about upgrading my contract, when i was there i spoke to B, she said i could get the blackberry 9320 for R149 a month with 50min, 50 sms's & 50mb data. She never explained that i wouldn't get the full BIS package that i previously had on my current contract. When i went back in to query why i wasn't explained properly about the BIS package as then i wanted to return to phone & cancel the contract, a black gentlemen told me that i could add R20 to get the BIS package i wanted which i was happy to do.
the next day i went back to add the R20 extra to my contract, the manager told me that i would have to pay R57 for the package i wanted. I then told him the sales lady hadn't explained properly to me & i would have never taken the contract if i had known that i wasn't getting what i wanted.
B to the manager saying she had explained to me which she never cos we would be at this stage now.
The manager told me that the area manager would not cancel the contract.
I then phone the helpline, a complaint was lodged & i was told i would be contacted in 48 hrs, i then phoned the regional offices in Durban, i left my details to be contact. Still nothing a week late
