Update on last empty promise.

I am now really desperate. On numerous occasions I have e-mailed and complained on Hello. Peter without any success. I have two vehicles on my name that have Tracker devices in them. I have repeatedly asked that both invoices are debited against my account. Only one amount is debited every month which means the other is now two months in arrears. How difficult can it be to get these banking details correct?
I implore you to please ensure that the debit order for the AVANZA & the TATA are debited on the 25th of each month. At least the one debit order is going off on the correct date.
Also, I am stating that if the TATA is, I will expect the service from your company as per contract.
Please don't disappoint me again and ensure that the details on your system are correct. I now await your urgent response.
