My phones have been, unfortunately i lost a box and my contract copy for my phone that has my MIE number.
I've called and i was referred to the store where i upgraded my phone, and when i called the store, and they're telling me they can only access contract original uo until 2011 and unfortunately mine was Nov 2010. And now got referred back to the customer care line. Nobody seems to be able to help me.
Someone outthere is still accessing my phone with all my personal details, worse they're even chatting to people on my behalf, All i need is to blacklist my phone.
