A week ago I was so angry I could spit snakes. I was given a bit of a run around by Vodacom.
But that was until Melanie Mouers took over my complaint.
She sorted things out for me there & then. She was never further away than a simple email, always got back to me as soon as she could. Kept me updated at all times as to the progress of my complaint & update.
Today I took delivery of my new cell. I can hardly wait to get home & charge my new cell.
its been without a decent cell, I was using a very old cell in the mean time, one that I am almost positive was used by Noah on the Ark.
