Cannot get through to cancel contract

I have been trying to cancel my data contract for months. It expired in 2011, but I keep getting charged for it - but it has been impossible to cancel it. I call 0821958, and get placed on hold for what seems like an eternity. I call during working hours, and wait on hold for over 30 minutes, with no reply. I cannot call every day, all day waiting to get a consultant on the line. I am a professional with limited/precious time to waste on trying to sort out issues like this!!!
Ive been on hold for well over 22 minutes while I am writing this complaint.
This response time is not acceptable. I bet if I call for a new contract I will get a consultant almost immediately!!!
