Come on Telkom; what is going on with your service. Over December I had intermitted ADSl service. It only had to wait more than 4 weeks for someone to investigate. Now, it has started again. I logged a call earlier this week for the same problem. Guess what, the call centre, again confirmed there is a problem with the line. On Wednesday a technician told me the problem is resolved... Today (Thursday) my line down. What a way to resolve a problem? Over the last year, every technician said the will log a call for the cables that runs between the houses and have the cabling check. Same happened this week and nothing happens.
Suggestion: Please have a look at the Telkom infrastructure within the Brackendowns area and spend some time resolving our issues. I am paying for a services and expect to have a best service from Telkom.
