Samsung Ativ S (Winter Melt Down) deal

On 01/08/2013, I queried this Winter Melt Down deal at CNA (Somerset Mall):

- Samsung (Ativ i8750)
- Now on prepaid
- R2499.90 (includes Starter Pack)
- Was R6499.90
- Handset Cover included

CNA was very supportive with my enquiry and took down my contact details and also enlightening me that they have ordered 4 Samsung Ativ S's, but they don't know when the devices will be expected. During this time up to today I have made several visits to CNA (Somerset Mall) and other CNA's (incl. the Edgars), also sending them two email queries (Wed 2013-08-07 10:14 AM / Mon 2013-08-12 12:47 PM - CRM:0035980) to [Email Removed] explaining my product queries in detail, they did reply today.

What I do know is that CNA/Edgars in my surrounding area did not stock the special as advertised, selected stores stocked the product and I could not order the product in-store. To my concern it is also clear that CNA (Somerset Mall) never received the 4 ordered devices and thus misleading the customer who queried the device when I did provide my contact details. Why advertise the product when it is not locally available in my area or sourcing the product at any CNA/Edgars stores who have stock?
