EVERYWHERE I WENT IT WAS BAD! BAD! BAD!

My contract was suppose to be cancelled August/September 2012!! I went to MTN Westgate January 2013 to request the cancellation of the contract and to change to pay as you go, I went back to MTB in Walmer Park PE to confirm the cancellation and was informed that the contract is still active! I paid R100 to ensure that the contact will be cancelled with immediate effect. But... guess what 18 March it was still not done. Spoke to Jacqui ref:98126578 (Retentions) and was promised that the contract is cancelled.By now the trust was long gone t Went back to MTN Westgate -20 March and Andile could not confirm anything as the systems was down. Went back again 2 April dealt with Rujean who really tried to assist by connecting me with Eunice -98569692 Retentions who PROMISED that no more money will be deducted... BUT 30 March 2013 AND 30 April the R100 was deducted again!!! PLEASE is there ANYBODY that understand what first time call resolution means??? Please refund all my funds into my account soonest!! Asseblief I am on prepaid now!!
