WORST SERVICE EVER

MY ACCOUNT WAS SUSSPENDED I MADE FULL PAYMENT AND 8TA CANT SEEM TO UNSUSSPEND IT.
WORST OF ALL STAFF THERE ARE MORE CONCERNED TO RATE THEIR SERVICE THEN ACTUALY HELPING FROM THE BILLING DEPT TO THE MANAGEMENT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO CONSULTANTS AND TO THEIR MANAGERS AND NO ONE PHONES ME BACK WITH ANY INFO. ALL I GET IS EMPTY PROMISES. I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW I SHOULD RATE A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING. THIS IS SHAMEFULL AS I WAS SO FOND OF 8TA BUT PEOPLE ARE LETTING THE BUSINESS DOWN. I READ OTHER COMPLAINTS AND THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ON GOING MATTER. I CANT BELEIVE IT IF THE STAFF WAS RUDE I COULD UNDERSTAND BUT THEY WERE SO FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE BUT IT ALL LEADS TO EMPTY PROMISES. SHOCKING I CANT UNDERSTAND THIS IS WHAT THIS COMPANY IS LETTING THEIR PEOPLE BELEIVE TO RATE A SERVICE WILL MAKE THE PROBLEM GO AWAY. SHAME ON YOU 8TA!!!
