Just Letting Centurion - AVOID RENTING OR LISTING

We have vacated the premises on the last day of September, with an agent that is not sure how long it takes to receive your deposit back, office staff thinking that it might be around the 16th and a admin lady always so busy that u can't get hold of her. I have sent numerous emails to Chantell Cochrane at the Just Letting branch Centurion, sometimes she replies, sometimes just cc you in a email sent, and if it is not empty promises, my emails are being ignored. I will send the email 3/4 times STILL no answer. Payment was apparently made on the 24th October as per Chantell, from a Absa to Absa account, shouldn't it then reflect immediately?? still no proof of payment received as promised, still no reply on email, still no money in the bank?
I thought its common decency to reply to a customers email even if it is just to advise your that your query will be attended to, but not in the eyes of Just Letting. I have never experienced such SHOCKING bad service, this has left me with a bad taste in my mouth
