I was in arrears with my car installment from April 2012 till August 2012. I received a Threating call from Trace-Lee McNair around November stating that my account with West is still in arrears, they want the Vehicle back and my car has been tracked and if they find me or whoever will be driving the car then, we will be arrested as it is now a criminal offence, when I said I wanted to make arrangements she Refused said she is not allowed to make arrangements with me, I need to return the vehicle. Then in January 2013 I have been receiving calls from Zonda on 011 026 4036 she advised that she has been given instructions to repossess my vehicle. When I said to her that I want to make arrangements she told me that if don't pay the full amount of arrears I need to at least pay 70% of the arrears. On the 29th of January I called Tracey-Lee McNair she told me that she has laid a criminal charge against me and she won't remove it. Then I telephonically update my details with her and made arrangements that an amount of R9500.00 will be paid in by 13:00 on the 30th of January and that the installment of January will be paid in full end of February then the installments will be up-to-date
