They refuse to cancel my phone. when you call into the call centers or go into a shop, no one can hwlp you. they ask for cancellation faxes abut they still dont cancel.they are billing me for a phone that i am not even using. i asked them to cancel the expired contract months ago and yet they are still billing me.
i am really tired of them. they are practically steeling my money.
