I have now monitored my MTN account for 3 weeks. Everytime I buy R30 airtime, I make 1 phone call or send 1 sms, the following day, my airtime is gone. I thought I was imagining it. But alas, It happened with a R60 entry, as well, so I changed my entries to smaller denominations and bought data bundles as well, same thing, everything was gone the next day, whether or not I used the data, sms's, or airtime, it was gone the following day. Now, I discover on this website there are many others with the same problem, not only do MTN not respond in a viable manner, but to add insult to injury, they lull you into thinking they care by adding an automatic response to these complaints. I've made up my mind, after being an MTN subscriber since I was 18 years old, I'm afraid the time has come for me to jump ship, Goodbye MTN, thanks for all the memories!
