I got a call after an sms to get a data bundles contract worth R99 a month from cell C, according to the agent it ws too much data given tht I wld not have to pay over R99. The deal ws fair enough hence I agreed to it. Frm the onset I never got to pay the R99 of which I understood, coz the first month I assumed there is other charges I.e admin etc. Second month the bill was high but bearable, n from tht day on I took off the micro sim for one month to see what ws going to happend. Shockily without me using the micro sim the bill was worse than the two months previously, it rose to R497 of which I dd not understand how. Call the call centre and the guy I spoke with promised to get back to me in 48 hours with the answer as he saw tht the sim was not active. Until now am still waiting for their satisfactory explanation in that regard. To explain why the guy tht sold the product to me in the first place and how my bill came to be so much when micro sim was off. I am not happy with thiss ervice really. Cell C is really not being fair, coz this is a total rip off, I wld understand if I used tht sim but in this case I am just being charged for the sake of being chargedso much
