I am MWEB client for the last 6 months. Lately the problems started in two major area Skype and YouTube both unworkable anymore. Those programs are working with other ISPs so it is not programs issue but MWEB .
If you want to cancel the service you have to give then 1 calendar month notice. So on one hand they are not supplying the service which you have payed for on the other hand they lock you with their contract.
