STRUGGLING TO GET ACCOUNT SORTED FOR 18 MONTHS

I am really up in arms with the service or lets say none service of Vodacom. I have been struggling since March 2012 to sort out my account which they made a mistake on. I am now paying R200.00 per month as they have handed me over to lawyers but have not even received a final bill yet.
I have called the lawyers several times and they promised me a finalised bill so that I can take it from there. Still nothing is happening now I am probably black-listed because of this.
