We applied for our Telkom and ADSL line with Telkom at the Somerset Mall last week, expecting the process to be an extremely aggravating experience. Selwyn was courteous and extremely helpful and handled our application, which he did immediately on-line, very professionally and with a good dose of humour. He discussed all the options and was very patient as we tried to decide what was best for us. The wait would be about 4-6 weeks. The next day we received an sms booking an installation date for the next Tuesday. On Tuesday the installer, Johan, arrived as promised, on time, and by the afternoon we were "connected". Hats off and thumbs up to Telkom!
