On 27 November 2012 I received a statement in the post reflecting an amount of R6748.13 was debited to my account in respect of my modem - 083 7026507.
I have this modem for years now and the amount debited on a monthly basis is between R190 and R240. This amount is outrageous.
I am trying to get the info from MTN as I need to know why this amount was debited. I have contacted them on email numerous times, without them responding in a positive manner.
