This is extremely poor from my chosen service provider. I currently have 3 contracts with cell c and over the past three weeks I have experienced unbelievable bad signal. I am seriously considering cancelling my contracts due to no service. What is the use of paying for service when there is none! I can't even watch a simple video on you tube never mind making and receiving calls. The sales man at the time told me that cell c has some of the fastest Internet service, it seems as if I was cheated... I run my business from home and cannot afford not to have my comms active!
The call centre lady told me that it would take 3 working days for my query to be attended to... WHAT?!!!
It feels like I'm back in the stone age... my wife and friends have endless problems contacting me...
Its a miracle that I am even able to send this complaint.
I need this fixed or I will move my business elsewhere!
