I renewed my contract on the 21st of January for a new Blackberry in Violet, I waited 4 weeks and nothing, only to be told that the courier arrived at my house and no one was there which is a as there is always someone present there and no one contacted me to say that the phone was on its way to me. I was then told a week ago that there is still no stock of the violet and was advised to change to one of the available colours of which I chose white. A week later and still no phone! I call in again only to be told sorry there is no stock of that colour! Its been close to two months now and I still do not have my phone. I am disgusted with the service and will be forced to use another network as Vodacom is full of promises that the can't keep!
