Pathetic After Sales Service

Hi, I contacted the call centre (sales) on Fri 31 May. Spoke to Veanno. Contract approved and WHITE SAMSUNG S4 ordered. I was told there was stock & I should receive the phone on Tues 04 June. If not, he would call me on Mon 03 June to advise. I contacted the call centre on Mon 03 June, only to be advised that a white phone was not ordered & that what they will be delivering might not be what I had ordered. I was told Veanno would call me back. I contacted the call centre again in the evening, only to be told that there was actually NO stock of this phone. When I advised that I would not accept this, I was told that Veanno would call me back before 8pm. As expected, he did not call me back! PATHETIC after-sales service by Vodacom. QUICK TO GET THE SALE, VERY SLOW ON THE FOLLOW THROUGH. Regards, Ms du Toit
