3 Weeks ago I took out a new contract with Vodacom and was issued a white Iphone 5. I returned the phone 2 days later due to a faulty speaker. I was told it is an out of box fault and that the phone will be replaced. It has now been 2 weeks since the promise of a new phone and I have not yet received my replacement. I am told they don't have stock of a white iphone5 and can't tell me when they will receive stock. In the interim I am expected to pay the contract without having the phone I should have received with the contract! I have since found out that Cell C has stock. Vodacom should warn their customers that they do have an out of box policy but that they won't be able to honour it due to no stock BEFORE making us sign binding contracts with them.
