This is a follow-up on a previous complaint. Sipho is the Cell C agent who was supposed to resolve my issue but only phoned me after a couple of days and still nothing is resolved. I am being charged for a handset that I cannot use and is even billed wrongly. Cell C is refusing to accept responsibility for losing the battery of the phone and is refusing to give me the phone that I initially ordered. I will not rest until Cell C does the right thing and takes responsibility for their pathetic service.
