Hi Peter, this is why I hate doing tellysales! In November 2010 I have signed internet contract with Auto page while on holiday some where in Pretoria and though the service wasn't fantastic I was reasonable happy with it. I've received an call from Cherante Chetty of Autopage last year November w.r.t. an upgrade which sounded reasonable and I accepted it. My hardware was supposed to be delivered to my by the 15th of December 2012, but up to now, after 3 payments on the account already and numerous requests log through internet (that is all how you can get to them, because the stores is apparently a franchise - you have to go to the store you've dealt with and I'm located in Durban) I've still received nothing but calls that promise to deliver the goods the next day. I'm using my employer's hardware to be able to get on the net and I'm sure you know how employers feel about their equipment being used for personal purposes. 4 months and still no modem! this is not professional! Can you perhaps help me with this?
