I cancelled my cellphone contract wiht Nashua Mobile at the end of November 2012 to take effect from end of December 2012. On 31 December 2012 my phone stopped working and I went over to prepaid.
From January 2013 I have been billed monthly for the following:
* Insurance N5000 = R75.00
* Vodacom SMS 500 bundle = R112.50
How can I be charged monthly for this when I'm on prepaid??? I don't get any free sms'??? When cancelling a contract surely you cancel everything???
I tried to call but I'm on hold all the time and never get through!!!
I find this matter unacceptable!
