Overcharged for their own mistake

Once again 8ta remains quiet and their service consultants are pathetic and clueless.

After my contract was ILLEGALLY terminated by 8ta in October 2012 and after weeks of calls and emails it was finally reconnected but then I was told I would have to pay a reconnection fee which I declined and was told I would not pay only to then find my bank account being ILLEGALLY debited of R698.00 on Dec 31, 2012 and then R217.00 on Jan 3, 2013 amounts that were NOT agreed upon.

I want the money that you, 8ta ILLEGALLY debited from my account to be paid back in full an IMMEDIATELY im tired of your excuses and lack of proper response. You are a bunch of!

This is what I require from them:

-A breakdown of my payments and to explain what this Pro Rata nonsense that I am being charged for when full payments have been for all the months up until January 2013?

SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!
