Cancelation of contract

I recently got a new line from mtn direct! i played with the phone (bb9900) for 2 days and finally got fed up with the lost of signal and of the phone freezing hole time!! I phoned fuezeka zazini of mtn direct sales were i opend the contract and told her i want to cancel! She told me i can take it to any mtn store as its still in the 7 day perioid! I took the phone to mtn tokai were they told me they cant take the phone cause the contract is thru mtn direct! I have to take it to mtn canalwalk! I phoned fuezeka and told her that and she said ja thats right! I drove all the way to canalwalk and took it there they also refuse to take it and i let fuezeka speak to the guy aswell!! Eventually she told me its fine shes going to sent the courier company to come and fetch it!! I waited 2 weaks leaving the phone off and out of use i took it to the mtn canalwalk once again i spoke to mike and explained everything! He took phone and told me it will be canceled! Its march already and still its not cancelled! I want answers and i want it know! I did more work on my part than wat mtn has ever done for me! Im at the point of cancelling all contracts with emediate effect!!!
