This past december I signed up for a cell C contract I have had nothing but issues with my iPhone's service for both voice and data. As of the 4th of Feb when I returned to University my issues have gotten to the point where both the data and voice on my iPhone is totally unusable despite having full bars of Signal and 3G. But it doesn't end there my phone service is still progressively getting worse with dropped calls and failed calls becoming the norm not only just in the vicinity of my University (University of Johannesburg Kingsway and Bunting Road Campuses) but within the greater johannesburg and gauteng regions from Sandton to Meyersdal! I have logged an issue with technical support but they keep losing the paperwork (Two faults logged and lost at The Glen Cell C store) and followed up with CellC Head Office with a lady named Janelle but I never get any joy besides being told by the Glen store that many people experience these issues so I should just live with it!? I logged the first issue on 13 Feb (Ref:1746407). After following up again with both parties I still have no answers? If Cell C cannot provide the contracted service they are in breach of contract. Please fix this!
