Altech Autopage's account system is a nightmare
We have laptops and cellphones through them and every month we receive 2 or 3 or 4 different accounts, my wife has asked them numerous times to reconcile them as we receive phone calls to say we owe them amounts like R3500 etc, when we reconcile our accounts on our side, we are in credit! We phone them and they agree that this is so, yet continue to send us accounts. The LAST STRAW was my wife being listed by ITC as a slow payer! Again the accounts were reconciled by both us and Autopage, and guess what, we are in credit!!! Yet my wife is listed as a slow payer because they had not reconciled their own accounts. It takes 5-7 working days to be unlisted. Clinton is a lying, rude, obnoxious fool, who thinks he is doing us a favour by dealing with this. In the mean time, my wife as to wait 5-7 days to be unlisted, to buy her car. Is this fair? What I do know is that when all our contracts with Autopage come to an end, we will not be renewing, and we have told everyone we know to stay the away from Autopage. Their MD is too scared, or couldn't be bothered to talk to my wife, she has tried numerous times
