Wow- I am supposedly a "Super Gold" customer of theirs according to their computer yet the treatment I receives makes me feel third rate.
I originally handed my Nokia Asha 100 in at Greenacres on 07/02 due to problems with the unit "freezing"- it is only 7 months old. I duly waited the 14 working days until it was returned. On collection, the exact problem was still happening- so it was handed in again. This time I asked for a "loan phone" and was given a really basic courtesy phone.
It is now 05/03- and other than a weekly sms to inform me that my phone is still undergoing repairs I have had no feedback. They assured me it would be given priority service.
I really feel like my loyalty (customer since 1996) is not appreciated.
