I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT USE

IN DECEMBER I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT WITH CELL C AT AN OUTLET IN BRAAMFONTEIN AND I GOT A BLACKBERRY 9380 THE NEW CONTRACT STATED I GET FREE INTERNET SERVICE AND FREE BIS WITH 50 FREE UNITS AND 100 SMS'S BUT SINCE I HAVE RECEIVED THE PHONE I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET FOR FREE, AS FOR THE BBM I CANNOT EVEN USE IT, I CALLED CELLC SPOKE TO ADEN AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE EXPIRIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR NETWORK BUT IT SHUD BE FINE SOON WHICH WAS NOT, I HAD BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE THEN BUT IN VAIN AND I HAD BEEN GOING IN THE RETAIL OUTLET BUT IN VAIN I EVEN POSTED A COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER AND FUNIWE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME A TECHNICIAN WOULD CALL ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM NOTHING HAPPENED ONLY ABOUT TWO MONTHS LATTER SOMEONE CALLED ME TO RATE THE SERVICE AFTER I RATTED THE SERVICE A TECNICIAN CALLED ME ON 28/02/2012 AND TRIED TO ASSIST ME BUT COULD NOT NOT GET IT RIGHT AND HE PROMISED TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY I AM STILL WAITING, TODAY I WENT BACK TO THE OUTLET ONLY TO BE TOLD EVERYTHING THEY ARE TRYING IS NOT WORKING THEY R GOING TO TRY TO DO A SOFTWARE UPDATE AND SEE IF IT WILL WORK, WHY DID CELL C SELL ME A CONTRACT ON A PHONE WHEN THEY KNEW IT WONT WORK?
