Terrible service from Nashua Branch

I upgraded to a Nokia Lumia and my current simcard was too big for the Lumia. I called the branch and informed them of my problem. Rose told me I needed to send a letter and a copy fo my ID with our driver to collect the new smaller sim card. I stated in the letter that I got the Lumia and that the sim didn't fit. They sent another bigger sim card. I called them and they didn't even apologise for the mistake. They were also not willing to deliver the new sim card free of charge.

The National call centre service is so good, it's shocking that such incompetent staff members with terrible attitudes work at the branch in Polokwane.

I still can't use my phone. I need to go back to the branch for a third time and face the unfriendly people there.
