My Blackberry was which i reported to Cell C. I was then told to open a case, get a ICT code which i did. Its been nearly two months now and I'm still being pushed from one call centre to the next. If you call you wait for over 27 minutes only for the phone to cut off. Ive paid all my premuims which they quick to collect but my goodness don't let them have to pay you.
You don't even get the opportunity to speak to someone, this is totally ridiculous.
