We've been having huge troubles with our internet latency (ping) during the evenings. We even went as far as to change our ISP from Afrihost to MWEB and it's still the same issue. Our area simply needs to have a better Switch to handle the high volume of internet users. We have tried to explain this over the phone only to be told every time that our ports will be reset. Case numbers were even closed without anyone even getting back to us. The technology you are using to provide internet is ancient! :(
