I took out a Blackberry contract with Cell C in October 2011. Since the beginning I've had problems with my Internet, BBM & coverage in general. I don't know how many times I've phoned the Call Centre with a different response and solution from every single person. I went to Cell C Paarl Mall in November 2012 to ask them to send my phone in for repairs, as I think there might be a fault with the phone as I seem to be having signal problems at different places. The lady there told me that she knows Cell C is and that it is going to cost me R500 to send the phone in as Blackberry is only under guarantee for 1 year even though I have a 2 year contract. I drove to Johannesburg from Paarl with no signal/coverage the whole way - 15 hour drive, which just doesn't make sense! I feel that I've received really bad service from the branch and the Call Centre and it is really very frustrating. At this stage I have to reboot my phone every two hours on a daily basis just to be able to use a service that I pay for every month, which I think is really unacceptable!
