Less than no help at all

I received an SMS informing me that my account would now be serviced by their new southgate mall branch. I live no where near there so i phoned the call centre to enquire. Spoke to a Gideon who could tell me nothing. Could not even find any info about the SMS I had been sent. He kept me on hold and refused to phone me back. I asked to speak to the manager who would not come to the phone. Altogether useless service and no clue what they are doing.
