I am quiet disgusted by how these people don't know what the basic meaning of service and yet their Centre is called "Service" Centre.
I went to collect an exchange unit (BlackBerry Z10) at their Outlet yesterday, 04/03/2013 around 11:00am. When I left the outlet, I put my simcard, the unit indicated to be configuring my Country and RIM Agreement and through out the day it was busy and never initiated at all, when I contacted Nomonde, who was said to be the Outlet Manager, she asked me to bring the unit back. After work, I took it to them, and their staff, Philisiwe struggled to configure it either.
Eventually I left it with her and advised her that I need someone to contact me once it's resolved, and I am typing this report @ 13:00, 05/01/2013 and still noone has contacted me, to me that seem to be a sign that I am just a number to them. I called a moment ago and spoke to a Kathy, who told me none of their Managers were available to speak to me. I find this kind of service extremely poor.
I have realised that they are not keen to service me, all I want is either they give me a working Unit or cancel this transaction, maybe they don't need me as their client at MTN.
