Good day

I have called the call centre over 7 times requesting for my unit to be reset! To date my unit is not working. This is not due to me not testing my unit or any other fault of mine as your CLIENT! I have asked for Ralph Govender, who I am told is your call centre manager, to call me with feedback. To date, again, NOTHING!!! I now request to end my contract with you as I refuse to remain a client to a company with no drive for customer service!
