Unscrupulous activity at branch

I upgraded from iphone4 to iPhone 5 and was not informed of migration charges, which besides not being informed of are excessive R over R650.00. Went to see the manager on Sunday who said they would bring it up with the consultant and he would reimburse me and call me on Monday. Still no call!
