I was robbed with my cellphone 26/01/2013, I have blocked the Sim (0849059585) and fone (Nokia E5), went to make a case and back to CellC in Promenade where they just filled out a incident form. No alternative contact number was taken down nothing!!! Yesterday I called the customer care line and was told that my account was in arrears at the time of the incident! but my debit goes off every month! Then I was told that sum1 would get back to me and I'm still waiting... Whats the point of providing insurance but when it comes to paying out u guys always have a problem?? Pathetic Service really!!!
