PATHETIC ALLROUND

I find i hard to even choose the nature of complaint as the company has PATHETIC service with all departments! I have been waiting to sort out my iMac since December 2012 and still no luck - Apple Int should feel embarrassed they got the wrong group of people to represent them in SA!
