My daughter's new BB's screen started to froze after 4 months, booked in where the contract was renewed, MTN Mooirivier Mall Potch. Report back - software and was reloaded, but still had the same problem. Booked in again to be replaced - still under warranty. Was send in, nobody noticing everything was not in box, send back and send back again with everything in. Now report said - scratch on the outside of the cover and can't be replaced. It was now also totally broken and dead never leaving the shop. 2 Months, no phone and now past the warranty time. The insurance we thought we signed for was also not done. We have MTN insurance on all our other phones. Said they would fix it, but have to pay. I told her to take the phone and we booked it in at MTN Somerset Mall, Somerset West. The report said now water damage after 3 months only being in the hands of MTN. What happens to your phone when it leaves your hands from the shop to the repair centre and months to sort out a problem that independent repair shops fix in one day at half of the cost. Still paying for contract since April- August, 4 months and no phone. 2nd Phone this year send back more broken than was booked in.
