I was due for an upgrade and was attended to by an incompetent salesperson (who has since been fired). When I returned to the shop as I had not heard anything about my items that had been ordered a new sales person, Deon Du Plessis, assisted me. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! not onl in his attitude towards me as a customer but in the fact that he was prepared to go the extra mile to assist me with my concerns. THANK YOU DEON you are asset to the company and you restored my faith in human nature.
