Late August I registered a Claim for a Starter Motor. On the 30-082013 I sent a quotation to Mischa. After that I dealt with Deon from Motorite. I sent them both the quote and Deon said that was not sufficient as I need to take it back to the Garage.

Asked him what should happen when I take the car back. He told me that he can only send authorization when the Car is by the Garage decided to call the Garage and conference with Deon about what needed to be done when I'm at the Garage to speed up the process.

In that conversation it become apparent that Deon is not willing to assist as he only said that "take the car to the Garage" even though I asked him repeatedly what needs to be done for him to send the authorization. No answer apart from the programmed robotic answer from Deon.

Drove the car back to the Garage sometime in early September and spend nearly 30minutes on the phone trying 2 get hold of Deon because apparently no one else is able to assist. He told the guys to remove the motor and test all components. Whilst not against that I feel he should have told me before hand that I don't have a choice when choosing the remedy for the situation.
