Paid for the new package and NOTHING is working

Paid for the new MTN package and nothing is working.

There help lines are unfriendly all automated and NOTHING takes you to a BIS option!!!

How dare these people change over without even notifying their customers!!! not even an sms to tell me that they are changing MY BIS!!!

I bought the blackberry specifically for BIS, WHO exactly does MTN think they are to mess with my package without even consulting me??!!???!!!

now i have NO internet access WHAT SO EVER and i have paid my 59 rand!!! I have sent them a msg off their website regarding, and still no reply!!!

I will be getting a new sim card with another provider if I dont hear from them today and I will be advising others to do so to!!

MTN - the BETTER connection? I think not!
