How do we stop these Nigerians

I searched the internet for pricing on a Nikon 24-70mm f2.8 G AF-S ED Lens. After responding on their website, I received an email from the Sales Manager Henry Philip that they do have stock of the item. I paid 50% deposit and received an email with the tracking information with SkyBlue Couriers. I even received an invoice for my deposit. 3 days later I received an email from SkyBlue couriers telling me that my package is held in customs and I need to pay R3550 in order to have it released. After consulting Henry Philip regarding this, stupid as I am, I paid the amount.
2 days later I received another email from SkyBlue couriers indicating that my package contains 7 items and I need to pay an additional R6550 to have the package released. I spoke to both Henry and a Nancy from the courier company and then realised that I have been caught in a.
These people are Nigerians, and they are taking money from innocent people.
